Who doesn’t love it when their friends share their favorite things??? So here is my list of things I’m loving for Fall 2023…

Things to do:

  1. Go to Canva.com and create a vision board. Back to school time is a great season for considering what you’d like to focus on in the last months of the year.

  2. Invite a friend for a walk. Be present. Leave your phone in your pocket or in the car.

  3. Reach out to that person you love that you haven’t talked to for awhile. Tell them you care about them and ask how they’re doing. It only takes 7 seconds.

  4. Challenge yourself to drink more water. Purchase a 64 oz water bottle and fill it up with ice water every morning. Pour throughout the day into a smaller glass and celebrate with a happy dance when you finish the whole bottle.

  5. Volunteer for a cause you believe in.

  6. Try going for cold water swims to clear your head. Or rinse your face with ice cold water every morning ten times or more.

  7. Set up a clothing swap party with friends. Create a boutique and ask everyone to bring items and appetizers to share.

  8. Make morning smoothies with fruit, veggies, vegan protein power, and a little fat. Add some zinc and probiotics for an extra boost of healthy goodness.

  9. Get a massage or schedule some type of self-care. Be kind to yourself and love the body God gave you.

  10. Read the Gospel of John and write out character traits of Jesus Christ along the way. Ask God to show you who He really is.
